Things have been buzzing lately on the Jurassic Park news circuit as well as around JPLegacy. We'll go over the things in brief.
Lord Richard Attenborough remarked to SundayMail on the 9th of this month that he might be doing another Jurassic Park sequel.
"I might be doing a fourth Jurassic Park, so I might be working on that Scots accent again...we'll see."
The article talks primarily about the tragedy that struck the famed actor & director with the major Tsunami that struck in 2004. Lord Attenborough lost his daughter and grandaughter three years ago. You can read the article here. Our best wishes and continued condolences go out to Lord Richard Attenborough for his loss. (Thanks Oviraptor)
Frank Marshall remarked with ComingSoon.Net that Jurassic Park 4 will possibly, although slimly, be ready in 2009.
Since the topic of discussion was "four-quels", we had to ask Marshall about the other one on his slate, specifically Jurassic Park 4, which had been talked about in recent years with no solid news in a while. He thought that they were still shooting for it to come out in the summer of 2009, but that they were also waiting for the strike to end to further work on the script. "There's an idea and we just have to see if it shakes out."
Not really, good news per say. Jurassic Park 4 is still obviously a "wait-and-see" in nature. You can read the rest of the article here. (Thanks Robotpo)
